Recipe Monday Gingerbread Men You'll need: 200g butter 90g white sugar 90g brown sugar ¼ cup molasses 2tsp cinnamon 1tsp ground ginger 4 cloves, pounded in a mortar 1 egg 550g plain flour 2tsp bi-carb soda pinch salt 1.
