But what do alpacas really look like?

So I sat down and started drawing yesterday, and realised that I didn't know exactly what an alpaca looked like... I had this vague, cute, fluffy idea in my head, but the sketches were looking far too cat like. Their necks are longer than I imagined, and their ears stick out a little bit more than I thought they did. And they have very cute babies!

They're very cute. We visited a friend's sheep/llama/alpaca farm last summer, and we were able to walk right around in the enclosure with them. The alpacas kept their distance, but the llamas followed right behind us!
